Welcome to Globally.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including enrolment in TEFL training courses, English coaching programs, access to educational materials, and receipt of certification.

By registering for a course, accessing course materials, or using any services provided by Globally, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not enrol or access the services.

Course Enrolment & Access

Enrolment in our courses is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Upon successful enrolment, you will be granted access to the course materials for a specified duration, typically 6 months unless otherwise stated.
Globally reserves the right to refuse enrolment at its discretion.

Payment

All course fees must be paid in full before access to course materials is granted.
Payments are handled via invoice. Upon enrolment, an official invoice will be issued to you outlining the total amount due, accepted payment methods, and the payment deadline.
Access to the course or services will only be provisioned once the issued invoice has been settled in full.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain academic integrity and refrain from plagiarism, cheating, or sharing course materials.
Any form of dishonesty or misconduct may result in course termination without certification.
Students agree not to redistribute, copy, sell, or otherwise share course materials without prior written consent from Globally.

Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, images, videos, and assessments, is the intellectual property of Globally and is protected by copyright laws.
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for personal learning purposes only.

Privacy Policy

Globally collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable global data protection laws.
By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your data for course administration, certification, and communication purposes.
No personal information will be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Globally is not responsible for any damages arising from course interruptions, internet connectivity issues, or a student’s failure to complete the course.
Certification does not guarantee employment. Globally does not represent or warrant job placement following the completion of the course.

Modifications to Terms

Globally reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or, if necessary, through arbitration or legal action in the courts of South Africa.
